FilersHub LLC ("FilersHub," "we," "us," or "our") offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial billing date or any renewal billing date.
To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] within the 14-day window. Include your name, the email address associated with your account, and a brief reason for the refund (optional, but helpful for us to improve). We will process approved refunds within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
If you purchased a subscription during the pre-sale period (before the April 15, 2026 launch), you may request a full refund at any time before the Launch Date. Once the platform goes live and your account is activated, the standard 14-day refund window begins from the Launch Date.
Pre-sale subscribers may cancel and receive a full refund at any time before April 15, 2026. After launch, the 14-day refund window applies from that date.
Eligible for a refund: Any subscription cancellation requested within 14 days of the initial billing date or a renewal billing date. This applies to both monthly and annual plans.
Not eligible for a refund: Requests made after the 14-day window has passed for the current billing cycle. Partial refunds for unused time are not available outside the 14-day window.
Annual subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of their annual billing date. After the 14-day window, you may cancel your annual plan at any time, but no refund will be issued for the remaining months. Your access will continue through the end of your paid annual term.
IMPORTANT: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) and your payment method will be charged at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Monthly plans renew and are billed every 30 days from your subscription start date. Annual plans renew and are billed every 12 months from your subscription start date. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged again, and you will retain access until that period ends.
Legacy Members who cancel and later resubscribe will not retain their Legacy pricing. Resubscription will be at the then-current standard rate. The 14-day refund policy applies equally to Legacy and standard subscribers.
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving billing issues directly and promptly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify existing subscribers of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. The most current version will always be available on our website.
