Initial Handshake

Establishing the secure API connection between Filers Hub and your CRM sub-account.

Connecting your Provider

  1. Log in to the Filers Hub Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Firm Management > Integrations.
  3. Click "Connect Provider".
  4. Select your specific sub-account location in the authorization popup.
  5. Once redirected, your "Authorized Key" (Location ID) will be verified automatically.

Branding

Personalizing the interface to match your firm's professional identity.

Visual Configuration

  • Logo: Upload a high-resolution PNG or JPG. This appears on all client login and dashboard screens.
  • Primary Color: Set your brand's Hex code (e.g., #4aa936). This applies to buttons, progress bars, and active navigation states.
Pro Tip: Use a transparent PNG for the best visual integration in the portal sidebar.

Automation

Automating client onboarding using native CRM tagging logic.

The "fhclient" Tag

Filers Hub uses background listeners to detect new clients. To provision a vault for a contact:
